Yeah i don’t know where that came from either, just a spur of the moment thing.

Did i mention i’m in love with my new phone, it’s very sad, we’re considering eloping but i can’t tear myself away from it for long enough to make a real decision

So – as of yesterday i am officially down with the kids and i have got myself a smartphone. Yes that picture up there is the phone i now have (although that is not a picture of my actual phone because if it could take a picture of itself i might implode with awesome). Only my buttons are way cooler than those

How did i get by for so long without one of these things? It’s brilliant, i can do all the things i do online with it only on my actual phone from wherever i happen to be at the time.

Best part of all: not only was it FREE on upgrade but i also knocked £10 a month off my monthly bill.

AND

I sold my old phone for £30 so now i have a little bit of money with which to feed myself next week

Right here – there’s a little happy dance going on

After my last post i have had some great comments from some of you about steps i could take to make things better. The problem is that i’m stubborn and i don’t want to admit that i can’t cope with something. Plus it’s only another 3 more measly little months of this until 1 big thing is paid then another 2 months after that that something else is paid, then another 1 month after that something else is paid too. i know i have options – really the problems i had this month are just this month only as i have already managed to move some money about to counter other issues but i have never had to beg a loan from someone because i have miscalculated so badly before and i hated it.

Knowing you guys care has really helped me get my mood back on track – so thank you

As a couple of people have asked i thought i’d elaborate a bit on my post of last night. Essentially what happened was that after paying my car tax on Monday i thought i had enough money to live on until i’d sorted out all my transferring about to enable me to live for the next 4 months until my loan is paid. I still haven’t quite worked out how i managed to cock it up so successfully but i did hence borrowing to see me through yesterday.

For the next 3 months i am living £230 a month beyond my income (in fixed bills, not including actually buying anything) so it’s all gone a bit Pete Tong – as we used to say when i was at school.

Just when you think you have everything organised and you know where all your money is going something comes along to bite you in the ass?

All fun is hereby cancelled until i get over being forced to borrow money from someone who can ill-afford it and can get myself out of this giant, ridiculous horrible hole.
