See I told you I’d start picking up on other people’s blogs today! It’s strange actually because in 2 totally separate places we were discussing the merits of drinking lots of water to aid diets. Over at A Lard off my Mind, Katy has been told by her trainer that drinking lots of water is the key to not only diet success but also good health. Meanwhile on a forum for tecchies I use we have also been discussing intake of water. One person drinks a pint an hour…which I’m sure can’t be good for you! Then again we were also discussing the veritable merits of cheese. I know it’s like dieters hell but I can’t stop eating cheese I think I might cry a lot if I had to. I think everyone has a vice for something, for some people it’s chocolate, others it’s crisps…for me it’s cheese!

So I went to the gym again this morning. I still didn’t manage to get through my full programme but I did more than yesterday and am confident that tomorrow I will do it all.

Today’s cereal bar was Alpen light Summer Fruits, which was not only really nice but also tastes completely different from yesterdays Apple and Sultana one. I think I may have cracked breakfast finally.

Now it’s just dinner I have to deal with. I ate so much yesterday evening I felt sick but I emptied my plate still! I need to find a way of switching to healthier alternative methods of cooking the things I like. I tend to stir fry a lot of things which is really bad I know. I bought a steamer a couple of weeks ago but have only used it once because I overcooked my veg in it. Maybe I should find a steamer timings book? Any ideas?
